Cuttin Up Barber Shop is a professional and successful establishment with full business credentials. We have an enviable skill set, but are always dedicated to improving.  All of our barbers are licensed by the state of Mount Vernon, Illinois in which we practice. Requirements for licensure have been fully met by completing barbering programs at state-approved schools and passing a written and practical exam. We also favor continuing education to maintain our trade skills at all levels. Our certifications underpin our work ethic and ensure that services meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all of our customers.
